The service is fast, private, and available 24/7 in cities like Madrid, Barcelona, Mendoza, and more.

Each consultation has a flat rate of $30, which includes the video call with the doctor and a medical prescription if needed. Payment is made securely during the consultation using a credit or debit card via Revolut. No hidden fees—just one simple price.

Yes, whenever you submit your request it is instantly received by the doctors active at that time. There’s always someone on the other side who’s ready to see you. When you receive an option for an appointment, there’s a person behind it (a doctor) who’s read your request and is willing to assist you.

After the consultation, you can request an invoice to submit to your travel insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
